Improve maintenance skills to ensure a high one-time fix rate. Train our staff to boost troubleshooting ability and ensure timely feedback of technical issues.

Kidman is committed to providing users with best service, and constantly strives to improve our service including well-covered warranty, professional inspection and maintenance and 24-hour emergency services. Each Kidman dealership is equipped with advanced maintenance equipment, adequate supply of spare parts, and standardized maintenance service procedures. 
In the meanwhile, Kidman continues to enhance the dealership service through a series of "Kidman Service Festival" and "Improve User Satisfaction" activities with aim to let users enjoy the colorfulness of life.

Warranty Policy

-Warranty commitment:

①If a performance fault that is not caused by human damage occurs during the warranty period, you enjoy free maintenance.
②Lifelong maintenance.
③Provide maintenance services (at preferential prices) if the the warranty period has expired. 
For any free maintenance, the user shall present the warranty certificate or purchase receipt (invoice). If no valid receipt and no other commissioning and completion acceptance materials to determine the purchase date, the warranty start date will be confirmed based on manufactured date 

-Non-free warranty scope:

(1)Not sold by Kidman or its authorized dealers;
(2)Damage caused by improper use, storage and maintenance by users;
(3)There is no warranty certificate or the warranty certificate is modified and cannot be identified;
(4)The warranty period has expired. The product model or number on the warranty certificate is inconsistent with the physical product or the warranty certificate was altered.
(5)Damage caused by installation or maintenance by a 3rd  party not authorized by Kidman;
(6)The damage is caused by disassembling the internal parts of the product;
(7)The user change the electric control circuit without authorization. The use of non-genuine OEM spare parts causes equipment damage;
(8)Counterfeit products and damage caused by force majeure;
(9)Warranty service is not guaranteed by Kidman.
